Friday Night Lights

For the last four years, our Friday nights during the months of August through October have consisted of sitting on metal bleachers, under blaring lights, cheering on our Provo Bulldog football team. This is how we know that Summer has officially faded and Fall is full swing. And we love it.
Because Mark and I are both Provo Alumni, there will always be a special place in our hearts for the Bulldogs, but for the past four years we've been cheering on one bulldog in particular:
This guy (my brother Tom) is Christian's favorite football player. He may be the only player C knows right now, but he has become the face of EVERYTHING sports for Christian. Whether it's pro football on TV or a football in a store, even a golf tournament...it's "Tom". Sports = Tom in Christian's mind.
Christian is the Bulldogs' biggest fan. On a daily basis he will randomly shout, "Go Probo!" followed by anything else that he can think of that falls in that category: "heumit" (helmet), "souball" (football), "da dod" (bulldog).
We have loved seeing Christian's excitement and enthusiasm this football season. He has loved every minute of it! We sure will miss those Friday Night Lights.
