{2013}

Driving home on New Year's Eve, with our sleeping baby in the backseat, Mark and I got to talking, and listing all of the amazing blessings 2012 has brought to our family. We had the opportunity to travel to many beautiful parts of the country; Our little Christian celebrated one year; Mark was called into the bishopric, me into the primary presidency; We each had a sibling get married; We found out our family will be growing; and we've been healthy and happy. We couldn't ask for more.

To ring in the new year we spent New Year's Day at Provo Beach Resort. We played games, rode the carousel, and enjoyed every minute of the first day of 2013.

 Christian spent some good energy in the play place and we could hardly keep up with him, but it was another reminder of how blessed we are to be starting another year with such a happy and active little boy.

I don't mean to brag or anything, but Christian did get the high score on the Deal or No Deal game...twice...

which meant that we were left with more tickets than we knew what to do with, and ended up with a ball we could barely fit in the car. Whoever talked me into that...is dead.

We had so much fun celebrating both 2012 and 2013, and we look forward to what the new year has in store for us. Happy New Year!
