9 Months In - 9 Months Out {2nd Edition}

I can't believe my second baby is already nine months old! My pregnancy with Grant felt fast, as I was busy with his brother, but these nine months have gone even faster. And what a joy they have been. Grant is the happiest baby. He has a contagious smile that he gives freely. I love that about him. He is funny and so sweet. Unlike Christian, I am actually able to get Grant to cuddle with me...for a few seconds.

As of today, Grant is crawling, waving, clapping, giving high-fives, playing peek-a-boo with a towel or blanket, and giving big, wet, open-mouthed kisses. His nine month stats inlcude:

Height: 27.75 inches

Weight: 16.5 lbs.

He is just a tiny little thing, not even on the charts for weight. So our goal over the next few months is to fatten him up! Bring on the yogurt, cheese, and ice cream. I'm sure he'll have no complaints. Especially since I think that is Grant's number one interest these days...food! Grant also loves any sort of gadget. He'll forgo any toy for a cell phone, or TV remote. He loves baths, and bottles.

He also loves his brother more than anything else. Grant can't help but smile when he sees Christian and he tries so hard to get his attention. I am loving that Grant is getting old enough to start responding to Christian. They make each other laugh...and cry...but mostly laugh.
These nine months with our baby G have been a dream. Every minute of those nine months with him inside of me, was worth it to have this nine month sweetheart now!
