Livin' The Dream

Mark's big dream these days is to go to Hawaii. He talks about it all the time and it seems like everything reminds him of how much he wants to be there. Well, as you may know the BYU football team played Hawaii on Saturday...we didn't go. But Mark did get to do the next best thing. While the football team was enjoying the beautiful sunshine and the warm beaches we were enjoying their stadium.
The Elders Quorum in our ward had the opportunity to play their Turkey Bowl (in December) at Lavell Edwards Stadium. Mark was so excited. He was preparing mentally for weeks and his excuse for everything was, "I can't get hurt before the big game!" Mark wore cleats for the first time ever and borrowed some gloves with which he "couldn't miss a pass".

It's just too bad Bronco couldn't be there to see it. Mark is seriously considering dropping his classes (with only three days left til graduation). After all, he still has four years of eligibility...
